Keep swift moving project on schedule and under budget despite difficulties with character recognition accuracy and new platform standards being imposed late in the development cycle. Define product vision, create functional specifications and media scripts, supervise the development of more than 600 pieces of art, run weekly cross-functional team meetings, manage the bugbase, and develop and track to budget (including actuals and forecasting).
